We are often looking for something refreshing in the summer. And we prefer avoiding drinks that are too sweet.
A drink we like to do is the matcha lemonade, either with basil or mint.
Quantity: 4 people | Time: 10 minutes
- 10 leaves of basil or mint, depending on your choice
- 1tsp. matcha powder
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 cups cold water
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Whisk the matcha with a little water, preferably with a matcha whisk
- When the powder is dissolved, add the rest of the ingredients
- Mix well
The lemonade can be kept for 2 days in the fridge. Here you go, a cool drink, but especially energizing and healthy!
