Alma, Quebec, Canada
Bock was initially created in 2013 in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region in Quebec. In the first year, the image won silver in its category at the prestigious GAÏA competition (Food Packaging Excellence Award).
At the time of its creation, the burger was trendy, and the onion confit with beer was a condiment that would accompany it perfectly. The La Chouape microbrewery was a pioneer in Canada since the hops are produced directly on the family farm, in addition to having the image of a moose (a buck). The Chouape was therefore an ideal partner with authentic values.
The company was bought by Dominic Tremblay in 2018, also owner of Camerises Mistouk who has continued developing the brand. Available in three flavours, Bock is a range of onion beer confits made with the beers of La Chouape microbrewery in Saint-Félicien, Quebec. It is a perfect product to accompany your burgers, cheeses, cold cuts, paninis, etc. Get access to infinite happiness!
He has experience in the restaurant industry as owner of a restaurant as well as in the production and distribution fields of the food and beverage sector.
This, combined with the fact that he launched Camerises Mistouk a few years ago, led him to buy Bock with the intention of growing the brand.
