MEET MARIE-ÈVE & VANESSA
Marie-Eve has been in the culinary world since she was old enough to work. She graduated from the Quebec Institute of Tourism and Hospitality in 2012 with a Professional Diploma in Professional Cooking, where she later completed her advanced cooking training. Occupational therapist by profession, Vanessa brings structure and rigour to the company. Her many artistic talents as well as her honesty are essential to the development of the company.
