Quebec, Quebec, Canada
Founded in 2016 in Quebec City, Lokkö vinaigrettes are inspired by northern Quebec elements with salty notes from the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Handcrafted, each bottle is full of flavour and is delicious in salads, marinades, cooking oil or simply tartares. Ingredients are picked with respect for nature at Île d'Orléans, on the North Shore (cedar, Labrador tea), Gaspésie (kombu) and Lotbinière (apple). For Lokkö working sustainability is important. Gluten-free, the vinaigrettes will help you take care of your health while giving you incredible flavours.
In addition, giving back to the community is at the heart of the business. The company donates 5% of its profits to two organizations in the Quebec City region: Maison Hélène-Lacroix, a centre for women in difficulty, and Collaboration Santé Internationale, a non-profit organization that helps people in developing countries with their efforts to take charge of their own development in health and education.
