Haskap Sauvage Balsamic Vinegar
This haskap balsamic vinegar is a sweet and sour seasoning produced in northern Quebec in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. It’s a balsamic vinegar made from a blend of basic cherries haskap juice (without alcohol) and macerated with boreal spices, which gives it a more syrupy, northern and round taste in the mouth. The final blend with maple syrup gives it that little touch specific to Quebec.
Apple cider vinegar, concentrated haskap berry must, maple syrup, boreal spices.
