ABOUT THE ARTISAN
Jeanne, the founder, originally from France, grew up with mint, blackcurrent, barley syups and other fragrances. They were added to water to offer lemonade to children or to alcohol when came the time for an aperitif. Upon arrival to Quebec, maple syrup added a new dimension to her gourmet imagination. That’s how the idea to make syrups with multiple and varied perfumes was born.
