Sara Priscila Cerrato Specialty Coffee
This specialty coffee is 94 Celcius' second batch from Honduras bought in direct trade.
For this lot, they selected the coffee of Sara Priscilla Cerrato. This coffee has charmed them with its jasmine notes, its beautiful acidity and its sweet body. The producer presents a variety of coffee still unknown: the Parainema. Fun fact; the grains are easily recognizable by their impressive size and elongated shape.
From an early age, Sara Priscilla Cerrato worked on her father's coffee plantation. Over the years she bought partials from this land. Today, she proudly owns 3 hectares of coffee and 1.2 hectares of mixed crops, including hives. Sara works hard, with the help of her family, to create a 100% organic farm.
“I can produce a great quality coffee but if I don’t have access to market I will not be able to sell it at a good price and improve my family’s economy”.
