Chile & tonka syrup
The Chile & Tonka syrup is a subtle blend of Chile Arbol (Mexican chilli) and tonka beans (fruit contained in Brazilian teak).
The flavours are reminiscent of vanilla, currants, almonds and caramel ... It is perfect in the creation of tropical cocktails, such as Tiki cocktails, or any other cocktail requiring a tangy and sweet touch at a time. Note: excellent with coconut! Of course, you can spoil yourself and use this syrup on ice cream, with sparkling water, in your cooking or to make pastry (delicious in a dark chocolate mousse for example!).
After opening you can keep it 6 months in the fridge.
