Kaito’s sourcing coffee partners at Red Fox are very proud of their efforts in Peru. They have a full time field agent there, and recently opened their very own cupping lab. This allows them to work very closely with producers throughout the year. The results speak for themselves, and this particular lot is a great example. The La Yamilla farm is lead by producer Olivia Garcia Velasquez. Its tasting notes are peach jam, brown sugar and milk chocolate.
